We will advise you on selection of a suitable project methodology/framework, project library, data model architecture, data management structure, data migration or data centre (DC) migration, implementation of security policies, update of IT infrastructure, internal regulations, guidelines or methodologies suitable for the organizational structure of your company. We will prepare suitable project measurable criteria/indicators and take care of project governance during project lifetime.
